The Gyuto is the Japanese chef's knife that is suitable for cutting the vast majority of meats, fishes, vegetables and fruits.
It is a multi-purpose knife that can perform wide range of tasks, can be used with a variety of different cutting techniques.
Gyuto 150mm is a type of gyuto, but the handle is a little smaller and thinner than the regular type.
The handle is about the same size as a petty knife.
